We want you to be satisfied with MessengerGPT. This policy explains when refunds apply. We reference our payment processor and provider terms where relevant.
1. Sign-up Credits
New accounts receive 100 credits on sign-up so you can try every model before purchasing more.
2. Credit Purchases
Credit purchases are typically final and non-refundable once delivered. If there's a clear error, contact support for review. EU/UK customers may have statutory rights for certain purchases; contact support and we will review your request.
3. Chargebacks
Chargebacks may result in temporary account restrictions while the issue is reviewed.
